According to its official web page, there should be a version for Windows as well as one for Mac, but unfortunately, they don't seem to be available. You can try contacting the developers using the [email protected] email address, but my best guess is that Xploview has been discontinued. The previously mentioned web page has been last updated in 2014, the iOS version has seen its last update in 2015, while the Android edition hasn't been modified since 2016.
